Emergency Service

RSTech offers emergency service for trouble shooting and repairs of industrial electrical control systems.  If your line is down we can help diagnose the problem and get you up and running as soon as possible.

We know time is money so we are available on a 24 hour per day, 7 day per week basis.  Yes, we will answer our phones at 3:00am on a Holiday Monday!

While on-site we are always happy to work side-by-side with your Maintenance staff.  We keep no secrets.  If we can equip your staff with the knowledge to better trouble shoot future break downs then we have served our customer well.  If you don't have a Maintenance staff then no problem, we are self-sufficient and will tackle the problem until we have it solved.

We have Licensed Electricians and Programmers on staff ready to tackle your service calls.  Our staff are well equipped with the tools, computers, and software we need to trouble shoot your system.  All our service personnel are outfitted with Arc Flash rated equipment to work on live electrical panels.

What if I've never used RSTech before, can I still get emergency service?

Yes, just give us a call at 519-354-4888.  We welcome all new customers, big and small.

Is there a minimum charge for emergency service?

We charge a 4-hour minimum for all service calls and unscheduled work.  This includes travel time.

What if RSTech didn't program/build my control system?

No problem, most of the equipment we service are not our own control systems.

How long will it take RSTech to arrive at my site?

It is impossible for us to always be available but most of the time we are.  Once we receive your call we are often en route within 15 minutes.  Chatham-Kent area is typically less than 30 minutes, Windsor 1 hour, London 90 minutes, Toronto around 3 hours.
